Steve Bannon, Republican and Former White House chief strategist to President Trump, and Lanny Davis, Democrat and Former White House special counsel and Hillary Clinton supporter will debate each other on Tuesday, 22. 5. At 3 pm in Prague´s Žofín Palace at the debate moderated by former Czech minister of defense and ambassador to USA Alexandr Vondra. Both influential Americans were invited to Prague by industrial holding CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP (CSG) in cooperation with CEVRO University.
TATRA DEFENSE VEHICLE (TDV) from the holding CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP concluded a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Czech Republic to service Pandur II wheeled armored personnel carriers and infantry fighting vehicles after several months of challenging negotiations. The new service contract will bring the army a substantial improvement in speed and cost of service.

On Thursday, February 19th 2015, a Memorandum of Understanding between Czech company TATRA TRUCKS and Indian state enterprise BEML has been signed in Bangalore, India. Both parties committed to cooperate in the field of deliveries of spare parts and components for TATRA vehicles in service with Indian security forces.

From February 17 to 21, 2019, Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates, will host one of the world's largest defence technology trade fairs. As is the custom, among the exhibitors there will be companies of the CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP (CSG) holding and also TATRA TRUCKS, which is closely linked to the group.
Eurosatory 2018, the prestigious international defence and security exhibition, will be held in Paris from 11 to 15 June. It is going to feature products of more than a thousand manufacturers and special technology vendors from more than fifty countries, including the companies of the CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP holding and TATRA TRUCKS, which are traditional participants in this trade exhibition.
Eurosatory, the most prestigious showcase of defense and military technology in Europe, is taking place this week. It also features companies belonging to the CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP holding, including EXCALIBUR ARMY, which started a new phase of its existence at the exhibition.
The CZECHOSLOVAK GROUP industrial holding, owned and controlled by Czech entrepreneur Michal Strnad, published its annual report for 2017, bringing the economic results of this non-consolidated group of dynamically growing companies. Revenues were CZK 24 billion, EBITDA CZK 2.781 billion, the assets reached CZK 44 billion, and the equity amounted to CZK 16.6 billion. Revenues from the unconsolidated unit increased by 56% year-over-year, EBITDA by 52%. At the end of 2017, the group had 6797 employees. Their current number has already exceeded 8,000.
